I’m writing to let you know how pleased I was with the service provided by Jo Ann and Steve Gillis. I was in the process of moving my mother into assisted living closer to me, and needed to sell her home in Del Webb Lincoln. I live in the Palm Springs area, and was having to make most of the arrangements remotely. I am so fortunate to have found Jo Ann and Steve Gillis to market and sell the property. I have been involved in many real estate transactions over the years, and this was by far easiest and most professional. The Gillis team handled the transaction superbly. Their communication skills were excellent, always getting back to me with answers to questions, usually within 30 minutes! Furthermore, they always did what they said they were going to do. Many agents do not. The pricing strategy was spot on, resulting in multiple, above asking price offers, within several days of the listing becoming active.
